Programming approximately 150 different films each year, of which over half are considered ‘specialist’ by the Arts Council, there is always something for everyone to enjoy. Our elevenses programme brings together films programmed with an senior audience in mind, whilst our Nappy Mondays programme are films exclusively for mums, dads and carers with babies under the age of 18 months. Our Film Forum gives enthusiasts the opportunity to discuss more unusual films with our film programmer and our 3D screenings offer viewers the complete immersive experience. With accessibility at the forefront of our programming, our Sensory Friendly screenings are perfect for parents and carers of children and people with special needs, as the auditorium lights stay up and viewers and sing, clap and walk about as needed. Similarly, our subtitled screenings for the hard of hearing enable customers with impaired hearing to enjoy the most popular films, and our audio described screenings bring to life the action to screen for partially sighted viewers.
