Sundays: One hour before the start of the event
Non-Performance days: 10.30am - 5pm

By Post: Send cheques made payable to ‘The Roses Theatre Trust’ To: The Roses, Sun Street, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5NX. If you would like your tickets posted to you, please include a stamped self addressed envelope. Remember to include the processing fee of 50p per ticket (max £2 per booking).


Please telephone the Box Office if you are a group booker, or someone with a walking disability, or if you are a carer and are making a booking on behalf of someone else.
Fees and charges
A processing fee of 50p per ticket (max £2 per booking) applies when paying with cheque or credit / debit card. Friends and Seat Donors are exempt.
A postage charge of 50p per booking applies if you wish to have your tickets posted to you. You can avoid this charge by collecting your tickets from the Box Office, prior to or on the night of the performance.

A voluntary donation of £2 will be requested with each transaction to help secure the future of The Roses. You may request not to contribute.
Reservations and refunds
Reservations: Payment is required for reserved tickets within 3 days of the reservation, or 3 days prior to the date of the event, whichever is the soonest. Any reserved tickets not paid for by this time will be released.

Exchanges: At the discretion of Box Office, tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same event. An administration fee of £2 per ticket applies. We do not offer exchanges on tickets for different events.


Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any tickets unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If you are unable to attend a performance, and the performance is sold out, we will offer to resell your tickets. A £2 administration charge per ticket applies.


Only food and drinks purchased on the premises can be consumed whilst at The Roses. We reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated or disorderly people.


Age guidance stated for live shows (where applicable) is provided by the visiting companies. The Roses is unable to accept responsibility for accuracy.
Ticket Types

Live Events
Full price: Adults
Concessions: Available (where specified) to children aged 3 – 15, people in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance or other documented benefits, people who are registered disabled and people of a pensionable age. You may be required to prove eligibility.
Young adults: Available (where specified) to people aged 16 – 25. All tickets £9. Tickets must be collected from The Box Office and Photo ID may be required to prove eligibility. A maximum of 20 Young people’s tickets are available per production.
Students and schools: Available (where specified) to children, school groups and students with a valid NUS Card. All tickets £7. You will be required to prove eligibility.
Group bookings: Buy 15 tickets, get 16th free.
Film
Full price: Adults
Concessions: Available (where specified) to children aged 3 – 14, students with a valid NUS card, people in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance or other documented benefits, people who are registered disabled and people of a pensionable age. You may be required to prove eligibility.

Access and Hearing
We welcome customers with disabilities, please advise Box Office if you require special assistance. Wheelchair spaces are available in row H which has level access (these must be booked via Box Office). Guide dogs are welcome.
A hearing loop is in operation for film screenings, just turn your hearing aid to T.
Directions
Parking: The Roses is opposite a large pay and display car park, which has unlimited free parking after 5.30pm every day. Please see the map below for directions

By Bus:
Tewkesbury is served by a number of bus routes. The nearest bus stop to The Roses is a one minute walk away outside Boots, which is served by numbers 41, 42, 351, 361, 375, 388, 389, 395, 521 and 562. Please check bus time tables for current information.


By Foot:
The Roses is within a 5 minute walk from Tewkesbury War Memorial. Travel up the High Street, and turn right onto Sun Street just before the Library.
