| HOW TO BOOK |
From April 1st 2008: Book in advance for both film and live
BY PHONE To reserve seats or book tickets call the Box Office on 01684 295074. All reservations must be paid for within 3 days and 3 days before an event, whichever is sooner.
We Accept VISA, ACCESS, SOLO or MAESTRO.
ONLINE You can now book online. There is a booking fee of £1 per ticket, which is the cost of providing the online service. Sadly this is not a cost we are able to absorb at the present time. Tickets booked online will be kept at our Box Office for customers to pick up.
Group Bookers, Friends of the Roses, Wheelchair users & customers wanting to book for Row H should continue to book via the box office as usual.
BY POST Cheques/PO should be made payable to `The Roses Theatre Trust` and sent to: The Roses Theatre, Sun Street, Tewkesbury, Glos. GL20 5NX ( Please remember to include your processing fee).
If you would like your tickets posted to you please enclose a SAE
BY EMAIL You can reserve tickets via our box office boxo@rosestheatre.org - who will contact you regarding their availability.
PROCESSING FEE A 50p per ticket charge , (£2 max per booking) from 1st April (Film), 2nd May (Live) for payment made by Cheque or Card. Exemptions: Friends of the Roses, Seat Donors and AYS events.

| FILM BOOKING |
- From April 1st bookings can be made in advance of each screening and up until 1 hr before the advertised start time
- A processing fee of 50p per ticket (max £2 per booking) is payable for bookings paid by Cheque or Card. A fee of £1 per ticket is charged for online booking
- All advance bookings must be paid for except for wheelchair spaces in Row H
Tickets cannot be refunded unless a film is cancelled
Friends of The Roses will have 2 weeks advance notice and booking privilige, for each new seasons listings and are exempt from any booking fees. Friends membership starts from £22. Please visit our Friends page for more information on all the other benefits of becoming a Friend of The Roses theatre.

| GENERAL CONCESSIONS |
Concessions where specified are available to children under 16, students in
full-time education, senior citizens (men and women aged 60 and above),
registered disabled and those on benefits. Proof of eligibility is required.

We welcome patrons with disabilities and are committed to ensuring that your visit is easy, enjoyable and straight-forward. Please advise the Box Office if you require any special assistance, we will do all we can to help.
We have wheelchair places available in row H, all with level access. However, you must advise us at the time of booking for live performances. We would prefer 24 hour notice for films.
We have a number of extra wide seats and end of rows, please ask the Box Office for further details. Guide dogs always welcome.
A hearing loop is in operation in the auditorium for most live performances and all film screenings

| DIRECTIONS |
The Roses is in the centre of Tewkesbury and is served by a large car park
less than a minute's walk away (Unlimited free evening parking)
Tewkesbury is easily accessible from Cheltenham, Gloucester and Worcester
via the M5 (Junction 9) or the A38.
