Age guidance stated for live shows is provided by the visiting companies. The Roses is unable to accept responsibility for accuracy. We legally must adhere to the national certification on films.
Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be consumed o the premises. We reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated or disorderly people.
A booking fee of 50p per ticket (max. £2) applies when paying by cheque or credit or debit card. A postage charge of 70p per booking applies if you wish to have your tickets posted to you. You can avoid this charge by collecting your tickets from the Box Office. A voluntary contribution of £2 will be requested with each transaction to help secure the future of The Roses. You may request not to support us in this way.
Payment is required for tickets within 3 days of the reservation, or 3 days prior to the date of the event, whichever is the soonest. Any reserved tickets not paid for by this time will be released.
At the discretion of Box Office, tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same event. An administration fee of £2 per ticket applies. We do not offer exchanges on tickets for different events.
We do not offer refunds on any tickets unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If you are unable to attend a performance and the performance is sold out, we will offer to resell your tickets. A £2 administration charge per ticket applies.
Full Price: Adults
Concessions: Available (where specified) to people of pensionable age, those in receipt of Disability Living Allowance, Job Seekers Allowance or other documented benefits. You may be required to prove eligibility.
Under 25s and Students: Available (where specified) to people aged 25 years and under and to students. All tickets £9. Tickets must be booked and collected from The Box Office and photo ID may be required to prove eligibility. A maximum of £20 Under 25s tickets are available per production. Age guidance on productions should still be adhered to.
School Groups: But 15 or more Under 25s tickets and save £2 per ticket.
Group bookings: But 15 tickets, get 16th free
