Why support the Roses Theatre
The Roses is a registered charity but receives only a small amount of public subsidy. So we greatly appreciate the support of our friends and individual donors, local businesses, charitable trusts and other grant making bodies that help us continue to enrich the cultural life of Gloucestershire.
Gloucestershire resident Pamela Weaver says:
"I confess, sometimes I’m here three or four times a week. It’s such a creative and varied programme – productions of national and international status at a local venue. It really is the best place for miles around to see a film or hear live music – comfy seats, great sound and free parking after 6pm. Most importantly the staff and volunteers are all so friendly and everyone gets the same warm welcome.
I donate to the theatre because it’s such a great cause and provides such enjoyment. If it wasn’t here I’d move! Honestly, I’m not kidding. But where else would I find somewhere like the Roses? Impossible."
