Front of House Supervisor

The overall purpose of the role is to provide welcoming and efficient customer service in order to develop The Roses as a welcoming and vibrant centre for the arts, and in particular to work as one of the theatre’s front of house supervisors, with specific responsibility for achieving excellent customer service and high standards of care, and maximising income for the theatre.

Bar Supervisor

The Roses Bar Supervisor is a new role that will develop and deliver The Roses’ bar offer to provide a vibrant, fun, safe and welcoming space. The role will help to improve the experience for our audiences and users and maximise profit for the charity. We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor to work flexibility across weekday and weekend evenings depending on the theatre's programme, overseeing all aspects of the bar and service.

Front of House and Cafe Assistant

The Front of House & Box Office Assistant role supports The Roses' customer teams. It will provide administrative support to the Front of House Managers and the Box Office team leaders, as well as support the wider theatre in delivery some exciting new projects.

This role is offered as part of the government’s Kickstart scheme. The Kickstart scheme is for 16 - 25 year olds currently on Universal Credit and looking for work. Technical Assistant

The Technical Assistant will support the Technical Manager and Technician in the running and upkeep of the technical and ‘back stage’ areas of The Roses Theatre. The role is varied but will mostly consist of providing support in Lighting, Sound and Stage Management for all live events and film.
