You will work as part of a dedicated staff team to provide welcoming and efficient customer service in order to develop The Roses as a vibrant centre for art, entertainment, education and community activities for Tewkesbury and the wider region. In particular, you will operate the Box Office effectively and accurately, in order to promote the venue and its programme to develop audiences and increase ticket sales.

Terms
Hours: A guaranteed 10 hours per week across evenings, weekends and bank holidays with the expectation of additional hours as required to cover daytime shifts, sickness and holidays
Salary: £9.50 per hour (any bank holidays worked are paid at time and a half)
Holidays: 28 days holiday pro rata to be taken within the theatre financial year of 1st April – 31st March. Holidays not taken cannot be carried forward, unless at the discretion of the Theatre Director. Holidays to be agreed with the Box Office Supervisor and not to coincide with other box office staff unless authorised. Holidays are not permitted on allocated shifts on Christmas public holidays.
Probation: 3 months
Notice period: 1 month
