Part of The Roses’ new participatory and community department, Get Creative, this dynamic and varied role will develop and deliver The Roses’ ambitious vision for creativity in the community.
The Get Creative Co-ordinator will work alongside the Get Creative Producer to develop and manage the Roses participatory and community programme, including Roses Young Creatives, weekly creative groups and sessions, our volunteer programme and Tewkesbury Culture, a network of cultural organisations and individuals that work together to offer greater access to culture for residents in the borough.

Hours: Full time
Salary: £23,000
Holidays: 28 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
Contract type: 1 year Fixed term contract (with the potential of permanent)
Probation: 3 months
Notice period: 1 month
Type of working: Most of the work will be in Tewkesbury as this is where the activity and groups take place, but we are open to a flexible way of working and are open to a hybrid working from home and at The Roses model.
