THE ROLE

As the Duty Manager your role is to create a welcoming, safe, and well organised environment during your shifts. You will be the main point of contact for all staff and volunteers during your rostered hours and will take the lead during your shifts. Your everyday duties will be opening and closing the building, managing the volunteers during your shifts, liaising with the tech team, cash handling and supporting other sales areas where necessary.
