ABOUT THE ROLE

The Roses is seeking a creative, organised and collaborative individual to lead and coordinate our Children & Young People (CYP) programme. This full-time role is central to our commitment to empowering young people through the arts, and is split across three key strands:

Roses Young Creatives (RYC)
Supporting young people in developing their confidence and theatre skills through performing arts.

CYP Department Coordination
Overseeing the effective planning, administration and communication of CYP activity.

Projects
Leading creative engagement work with children and young people through county-wide cultural partnerships.

You’ll work closely with The Roses team, freelance facilitators, schools and organisational partners to deliver exciting, inclusive and high-quality creative opportunities for young people across the county and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone with creative flair, a strong grounding in youth engagement, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
