Fees And Charges
A postage charge of £1 per booking applies if you wish to have your tickets posted to you. You can avoid this charge by collecting your tickets from the Box Office or opting to print your tickets at home (where available). A voluntary contribution may be requested to help secure the future of The Roses.

Reservations & Refunds
Reservations: Payment is required for reserved tickets within 3 days of the reservation, or 3 days prior to the date of the event, whichever is the soonest. Any reserved tickets not paid for by this time will be released.

At our discretion, tickets can be exchanged for a different performance of the same event. An administration fee of £2 per ticket applies. We do not offer exchanges on tickets for different events unless a member.

We do not offer refunds on any tickets unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If you are unable to attend a performance, and the performance is sold out, we will offer to resell your tickets and credit your account. Members may be credited on performances that they are unable to attend provided we are notified prior to the event.

Food and Drink
Only food and drinks purchased on the premises can be consumed whilst at The Roses (with the exception of Met: Live in HD screenings, where we allow patrons to bring food). We reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated or disorderly people.

Age Guidance
Age guidance stated for live shows (where applicable) is provided by the visiting companies. The Roses is unable to accept responsibility for accuracy.

Ticket Types
Full price: Adults
Concessions: Available (where specified) to children aged 3 - 15, to people receiving a state pension, those in receipt of Universal Credit or other documented benefits. You may be required to prove eligibility.  Under 3s go free, provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Concessions are £2 off tickets for live events (excludes Band C on banded events) and £1 off for film.
Families: £2 off adult tickets for all parties of 3 - 9 when the group includes at least one child. Each party must include at least one person under the age of 16 and one adult. We do not charge for children under the age of 3, provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
16-25s: A limited number of seats are available at £5 off the advertised price across any live event that offers concessions (excludes Price Band C on banded events and excludes pantomime). Proof of age may be requested.
Schools & Groups: Buy 10 tickets, get one free. Available on most live shows and all films. Please contact Box Office on 01684 295074. 
Carers: Registered carers are entitled to free admission. Proof of eligibility may be required.
