Lindsay Martin
She/HerLindsay Martin is a singing teacher, vocal health advocate and singer.
Lindsay gained a HNC in Music Production (Merit) at Gloucestershire College and a Higher Diploma in Music Performance: Vocals (Distinction) at the Academy of Contemporary Music, Guildford.
She has sung with various bands in venues, theatres and festivals across the UK & Ireland, most recently creating a cabaret show and singing backing vocals for The Bowie Band.
Lindsay has a Trinity Certificate in Music Education and a Certificate in Teaching Young Voices (Distinction) from Voice Study Centre. She has completed Vocal Health First Aid training with Vocal Health Education and Singing for Lung Health training with Phoene Cave.
Lindsay feels privileged to work with all sorts of Tewkesbury singers including the Roses Community Choir and Singing for Health & Wellbeing group. Lindsay provides vocal health support for the cast of the Roses pantomime and teaches privately and at Tewkesbury Academy.
Lindsay is especially interested in increasing access to vocal health resources for singers from all musical backgrounds and experiences.
