Megan Dunford
Creative Health & Community ProducerMegan has been leading the growth of The Roses’ Creative Health & Community programmes since the Covid pandemic. Working with partners, artists, and the local community, she focuses on bringing creativity to as many people as possible in Tewkesbury. She also chairs the Tewkesbury Dementia Action Alliance (TDAA) — a growing network of charities, healthcare providers, and VCSE organisations — and is passionate about building a more connected, welcoming community where Dementia Support programmes can thrive and reach those who need them most.
Alongside her role at The Roses, Megan’s personal practice centres on audio experiences and zine-making with communities and creatives. She also runs a zine library, celebrating creative voices through making and sharing. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her curled up with a cuppa and her cat.
