During the evening sessions you’ll have fun, learn useful drawing advice and get the chance to unwind with a glass of something whilst flexing your doodling muscles.

We cover a different topic every month, from drawing models, still life to using unusual ways of mark making to new materials!  Follow our socials for updates.

We recommend pre-booking as it can get quite busy!

April  - Wild BeastsStep away from careful lines and perfectionism.  This is your invitation to get wild! Inspired by the bold, untamed spirit of the Fauvist artists, get ready to banish perfection and embrace expression, colour and emotion through experimental mark - making. Rediscover the joy of drawing without rules. No pressure, just art materials and a room full of creative minds.
May - Messy Minds at PlayA drawing session for busy brains and wandering thoughts. Step away from the noise of the day and settle into something slower, softer, and a little more mindful to recognise. Through simple observational drawing, we’ll focus on looking closely, letting the hand move freely, and giving your mind a chance to quiet down for a while. No pressure, no perfection—just time to draw, breathe, and reset.
June - Draw Out Loud In the spirit of Pride Month, this relaxed and welcoming workshop invites you to explore portrait and figure drawing through a lens of colour, character, and creativity. However, you draw, whatever your style. Come as you are.
July - Seaside SouvenirsSun-bleached, slightly tacky, and full of character—this observational drawing session celebrates things you find on holiday. Kitsch keepsakes, holiday essentials and postcards. Draw from still life where the objects are anything but traditional.  You are welcome to bring your own items to draw - the tackier the better.
September - Back to SchoolEveryone else is going back to school so we thought we would go back to basics.  We’ll break objects down into simple shapes, tackle angles and measuring, and build the skills that make drawings really work, all through relaxed, hands-on exercises with a playful twist.
