At The Roses we pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive venue.

Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair spaces are available in Row H, which has level access. It is essential that you let us know in advance if you wish to book a wheelchair space. We have a lift up to the bar on the first floor.

Sight
Guide dogs are welcome.

Hearing
A hearing loop is in operation for film screenings; just turn your hearing aid to T.

Subtitled Screenings
Subtitled screenings for the hard of hearing are available on selected films, enabling customers with impaired hearing to enjoy the most popular films in our programme.

CineMinis Screenings
Our CineMinis film programme are films exclusively for mums, dads and carers of babies and children of pre-school age. Complete with a bottle heating service, changing mat and buggy park.

Audio Described Screenings
Audio Description (AD) headsets are available to provide a narrated soundtrack and audio commentary for the visually impaired. AD is undetectable to anyone not wearing a headset. Please let Box Office know when booking if you require a headset.

Sensory Friendly Screenings
These screenings are ideal for those living with Autism or any other condition that affects day to day living, to enjoy a social activity in a welcoming environment. The lights will be left on low and there may be the possibility of people talking or moving around.

Dementia Friendly Screenings
At The Roses our Dementia Friendly Screenings offer a welcoming and accessible experience to support communities with dementia and carers be able to enjoy a cinematic experience, socialise and feel safe in our venue.

We welcome everyone to Dementia Friendly Screenings, but the experience is aimed at local dementia communities and their carers.
