This season we are making a number of changes and this includes introducing a processing fee of 50p a ticket. The charge will apply to payments made by credit card and cheque and is capped at £2 per booking. We hope you will understand that this is necessary in order for us to continue to offer our current excellent level of service.
We have also taken the opportunity to revamp our Friends of the Roses scheme. This fresh new package has an incredible introductory offer of 4 FILMS FOR THE PRICE OF 3, plus a regular selection of exclusive offers! In addition, Friends will be exempt from all processing fees, will receive priority advance booking for films and shows, discounted Friends’ prices and if you pay by standing order, membership prices remain unchanged.
Finally, the change that so many people have been asking for: we are now able to open up advance booking for film for everybody. No more waiting for 24 hours beforehand to book or taking the chance of turning up on the day! Our box office team look forward to being able to help you book your seats for your favourite films.
We hope these new developments will secure our future and even greater success for the theatre as we strive as always to offer you the very best theatre and film experience.
