In a Buenos Aires prison during the final days of the dictatorship, political activist Valentín shares a cell with Molina, a window dresser jailed for “indecency.” To escape the brutality around them, Molina recounts the plot of his favourite Hollywood musical — a lush fantasy starring the glamorous Ingrid Luna. As reality and imagination intertwine, the men form an unlikely bond that challenges their beliefs about love, loyalty and survival.
