About In Rehearsal With: Sofia Gallucci

This dynamic masterclass is led by award-winning director Sofia Gallucci whose credits include Resident Director on SIX (West End) and Coven (Kiln Theatre) and Assistant Director on The Constant Wife (RSC) and All's Well That Ends Well (The Globe).

She creates bold, multidisciplinary new work and reimagined classics that blend ensemble, music, movement and visual storytelling.

Drawing on her extensive experience across musical theatre, classical texts and new writing, Sofia will guide participants through a series of acting through song exercises with a specific focus on character development. The session explores the intersection of vocal delivery, storytelling and character—helping performers make strong, specific choices that bring clarity and authenticity to their work. The session is led in a supportive, inspiring environment, exactly as in professional rehearsal rooms.

Whether you’re preparing for auditions, developing your craft, aspiring to work at a professional level, this masterclass offers a rare opportunity to be challenged and inspired - don't lose your head, this is a one of kind, no category workshop and we can't wait to see you take your crowning glory!
