In Rehearsal With: gives young performers aged 11–18 the chance to learn from three outstanding West End creatives.

Across the series, they’ll work with Obioma Ugoala, known for Frozen, Hamilton and Motown, Sofia Gallucci, Resident Director on SIX and an award‑winning director with the RSC and Shakespeare’s Globe, and Derek Bond, the Olivier Award‑winning director behind Dinosaur World Live and Sweet Charity.

Together, these sessions help young people build real artistic confidence, learn rehearsal skills they can use anywhere, and understand what happens inside a professional rehearsal room—leaving them more prepared, adaptable and excited to grow as performers.
