Over four summer days, Victoria Gardens becomes something completely different -part theatre festival, part family day out and part summer escape.

2. The Addams Family Young@Part | Fri 10 & Sat 11 Jul

Watch the oldest members of RYC take to the stage in The Addams Family Young@Part.

This funny and slightly twisted musical follows Wednesday Addams as she falls in love with a sweet, respectable young man her parents have never met. To make matters worse, she asks Gomez to keep it a secret from Morticia.

As the Addams family prepare to host dinner for Wednesday’s very “normal” boyfriend and his parents, chaos quickly follows.

3. Classics in the Abbey: Pride & Prejudice | Tue 29 Sep – Sat 3 Oct

Jane Austen’s classic comes to life inside Tewkesbury Abbey in this lively new adaptation of Pride & Prejudice.

Following a sold-out run at Bath Abbey, the production transforms the historic space into an intimate theatre setting, with four actors playing all the familiar characters from Austen’s much-loved story.

Funny, fast-moving and full of sharp observations, this is a fresh take on a timeless favourite.

4. Bill Bailey | Mon 3 Aug – Sun 9 Aug

After selling out 14 shows last August, Bill Bailey returns with a brand-new Work in Progress show.

The much-loved comedian and musician will be testing fresh material ahead of his autumn tour, Vaudevillean.

Expect clever comedy, brilliant musicianship and plenty of surprises along the way.

5. Tewkesbury Live | Fri 24 & Sat 25 Jul

We’re delighted to welcome everyone to Sun Street for Tewkesbury Live on Sat 25 Jul, alongside a special Open Mic Night on Fri 24 Jul.

Join us for a full day of live music, local talent and a fantastic atmosphere right in the heart of town.

Whether you stay all day or just drop by for a few hours, it’s the perfect way to spend a summer Saturday.

6. Medieval Festival Parade | Sun 12 Jul

The much-loved Medieval Festival Parade returns to the streets of Tewkesbury this summer.

Working with local groups and performers, The Roses is helping bring medieval colour and spectacle back to the town centre. For many years, the parade was one of the highlights of the Medieval Festival and a favourite with residents and visitors alike.

Expect costumes, reenactors and a lively procession celebrating Tewkesbury’s rich history.

The parade begins at the junction of High Street and Quay Street before making its way through town and finishing at The Vineyards.

7. The Radiohead Project | Fri 11 Sep

The Radiohead Project is a live show created for fans of Radiohead’s music.

With carefully recreated arrangements, striking visuals and atmospheric lighting, the show captures the sound and feel of the band’s best-known work.

The set includes tracks such as Fake Plastic Trees, No Surprises, Creep, Weird Fishes/Arpeggi, Just and Karma Police.

8. Mark Watson: Before It Overtakes Us | Fri 25 Sep

Mark Watson returns with a brand-new stand-up show after appearances at comedy festivals across the UK and Australia.

Known for Taskmaster, Radio 4 and his recent role in Baby Reindeer, Watson mixes big ideas with everyday worries in his usual fast-paced style.

From the future of humanity to the state of the UK sausage industry, nothing is off limits.

9. Fire & Dust – The Woody Guthrie Story | Thu 17 Sep

Reg Meuross brings his acclaimed production Fire & Dust: A Woody Guthrie Story to the stage with full band The Strike.

Combining live music with spoken storytelling, the show explores Woody Guthrie’s life, music and lasting influence through themes of justice, migration and hope.

10. From Gold to Rio | Sat 5 Sep

Two of the UK’s best-loved bands come together in one packed live show.

From Gold to Rio celebrates the music of Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran, taking audiences back to the era of New Romantic pop.

Expect a night full of familiar hits, big songs and pure 80s nostalgia.
